I have worked with REDRHINO on a previous occasion and felt comfortable awarding them the job I am reviewing here. The job was small in scope, but extremely complex. We had an area of 650 square feet, with 170 square feet requiring 3/4” of concrete shaved down for the installation of tile. The remaining area would be polished an blend in seamlessly with the tile. As the job site is just minutes from my office, I swung by on more than one occasion to see how things were going. Each time, the REDRHINO was hard at it and were able to share the progress of the job and the steps remaining. The job was done on time, with the 170 square feet completely taken down by a depth of 3/4”, with the remaining area receiving polished concrete. The is well done. I would confidently recommend REDRHINO to anyone in search of their services. In total they assisted with polishing my 7,000 sq ft retail space and 650 sq ft coffee shop.
UPDATE 01/16/2024 Mike took back the company and now it’s quality of service and workmanship it is amazing! He took care of job sites within 4 months time and everything came out great! ***First dealt with Steve everything was smooth and easy until 6-8 months later the floor starting to crack and bubbling up. So I tired calling and no one ever picks up the phone and when someone picks up the phone I get the run around that someone will call me back and no one ever call back. I waited for over a week and called again finally got a hold of person name Mike then Mike and I started playing phone tag and nothing gets done. Long story short... Customer service is not there after the job is done, REDRHINO doesn't stay behind their workmanship and products, and I'm left with cracked and bubbling floors.
This is the second time in just over three years that I have contracted with REDRHINO. Their services are professional and technically sound. They came in and did what they said they would do. They completed the job in the time frame they committed to and addressed each detail completely. We could not be happier. These guys are the real deal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
