UPDATE 01/16/2034 Mike took back the company and now it’s quality of service and workmanship it is amazing! He took care of job sites within 4 months time and everything came out great! ***First dealt with Steve everything was smooth and easy until 6-8 months later the floor starting to crack and bubbling up. So I tired calling and no one ever picks up the phone and when someone picks up the phone I get the run around that someone will call me back and no one ever call back. I waited for over a week and called again finally got a hold of person name Mike then Mike and I started playing phone tag and nothing gets done. Long story short... Customer service is not there after the job is done, REDRHINO doesn't stay behind their workmanship and products, and I'm left with cracked and bubbling floors.
