"I have worked with REDRHINO on a previous occasion and felt comfortable awarding them the job I am reviewing here. The job was small in scope, but extremely complex. We had an area of 650 square feet, with 170 square feet requiring 3/4” of concrete shaved down for the installation of tile. The remaining area would be polished an blend in seamlessly with the tile. As the job site is just minutes from my office, I swung by on more than one occasion to see how things were going. Each time, the REDRHINO was hard at it and were able to share the progress of the job and the steps remaining. The job was done on time, with the 170 square feet completely taken down by a depth of 3/4”, with the remaining area receiving polished concrete. The is well done. I would confidently recommend REDRHINO to anyone in search of their services. In total they assisted with polishing my 7,000 sq ft retail space and 650 sq ft coffee shop."

"UPDATE 01/16/2024 Mike took back the company and now it’s quality of service and workmanship it is amazing! He took care of job sites within 4 months time and everything came out great! ***First dealt with Steve everything was smooth and easy until 6-8 months later the floor starting to crack and bubbling up. So I tired calling and no one ever picks up the phone and when someone picks up the phone I get the run around that someone will call me back and no one ever call back. I waited for over a week and called again finally got a hold of person name Mike then Mike and I started playing phone tag and nothing gets done. Long story short... Customer service is not there after the job is done, REDRHINO doesn't stay behind their workmanship and products, and I'm left with cracked and bubbling floors."

These guys do big jobs and have some high profile clients, but I thought the pricing I was given was reasonable. I had my 3 car garage in Beverly Hills done with a finish that looks incredibly unique. The process was explained clearly and I was able to get schedule in that same week. "Red Rhino is the best. I had three companies out to my warehouse . Red Rhino was the only company that shot straight with me . I was told I had moisture problems in my concrete. The other two companies tired to sell me a "vapor" mitigation. Michael ( Red Rhino) was the only company to actually take moisture test and reported back that I was just under the moisture level that would demand a vapor coating and would not need a "vapor" mitigation. This was just over three months ago and no problems. I actually met a contractor that shoots straight. They worked with me and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Amazing!"

"From start to finish these guys went above and beyond. They were the first epoxy company out of about 9 I had called to do my 950 sf commercial kitchen with about 90 ft of coving around the perimeter of the production room. Mike (the owner) came over with his manager and met me at my space--both were very nice and professional. He gave me a quote which at first I thought was kind of high- I really had no idea what to expect- but they were literally ready to get started the next day. Of course I held off to see if I could find a better deal. 8 different companies later and countless annoying phone calls, no one could come close to their price, warranty, or their ability to do the job quickly. No one else has a portfolio of work like them either, which was comforting. They told me they'd be finished in 2 days, which I was skeptical of at first. Many of the other guys were saying 4 or 5 days, which I just couldn't afford to wait. Anyways, I went forward with these guys and I am VERY happy with the results. Not only is the floor nearly flawless and beautiful, the experience couldn't have been more pleasant. They came in on a Wednesday afternoon and were out by Thursday night. Not even a day and a half!! All the while I was getting updates by the manager who made sure there was no mistakes and that I was happy. There was one point my neighbors in the building were complaining about the noise, and I asked the manager how much longer was it going to be loud (they were using sanding machines)-- he ended up sending 4 more guys with sanders to expedite the process and finished that portion of the job in 1/3 of the time. Amazing. If they do all of theirs jobs in the same manner they did my job, there is no way you can go wrong with them. Thanks again, Mike!"
